8. Orders that are placed through this website are not final, including any orders that are prepaid in full using the payment facilities of this website. We reserve the right to modify orders should there be any errors discovered. In case errors are discovered in an order that results in a monetary difference, the owner of the order will be contacted and given the following options and to choose one: to pay the difference in case of undercharge; allow us to refund any difference in case of overcharge; a full refund and the order cancelled. No claims for compensation can be made in line with the terms of use of this website.

10. Prepaid orders that are approved by us will be packaged for delivery. The ownership of these orders transfers to the order owner immediately upon possession of the nominated delivery service / courier company that has been tasked to deliver the order.
11. Please use our contact form should you have any issues with product quality and/or it's advertised use. We will warranty, refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty and not performing as advertised.
12. We also will provide an exchange or part credit or full credit, less any shipping costs we have incurred, at our discretion where you have incorrectly ordered products. The goods must be returned to us unopened and not damaged at your cost before we make a decision on your enquiry.
